Olympian is an integral part of the largest independent Northern California marketer of petroleum products (NELLA Oil Company). This diverse operation encompasses both retail and commercial markets featuring Olympian, Flyers, Chevron, Shell and Valero brands. Olympian's Retail Operation includes a chain of company-owned and operated sites, servicing the Bay Area. The Wholesale division supports a growing network of dealer-operated sites throughout Northern and Central California.

Since 1979, Olympian's growth has been, by and large, due to its sharpened focus on the needs of its commercial customer. In an effort to meet the demands of this market, Olympian provided a variety of refined petroleum products through more than 40 cardlock sites. In addition, Olympian satisfies the needs of its bulk consumer and other oil companies via transport deliveries.

Olympian's Gulf Transportation division delivers petroleum products to Olympian-owned facilities, Olympian dealers and the commercial end-user. Gulf Transportation also provides contract transport services.

Olympian is a charter member of the Commercial Fueling Network (CFN), originally founded by Olympian in 1987. CFN has grown to become one of the largest networks of its kind in the United States. Operating much like ATM networks, members issue cards to their commercial accounts that are accepted at any CFN location in the country.

With a commitment to protecting our planet's eco-system, Olympian is an industry-recognized pioneer in distribution of environmentally safer fuels - compressed natural gas (CNG), propane, bio-diesel and diesel - available to commercial fleets.

State-of-the-art services like truck and car wash systems, fast food facilities, and gourmet coffee bars are just a few of the features offered at many of the new and remodeled Olympian locations.

As a major sponsor of the Special Olympics program in Northern California, Olympian team members, work with their local chapters raising funds for local programs. Office and retail personnel volunteer their time during the three-day regional Olympics that take place during the summer and fall of each year.
