Our tracking tools are available to you online and make compiling data easier. Preset reports can be sorted by column and downloaded to a spreadsheet. Our Custom Queries feature gives you the opportunity to select your own parameters for the data.
- Transaction Details – Transaction details are at the heart of your fuel management. Locations, card numbers, gallons, fuel grades, dates and times give you a comprehensive picture of your company’s fueling.
- Purchase Summary – Budgeting and planning are easier with purchase summary reports.
- Tax Summary –Monthly summaries tell you exactly how much your company spent on fuel taxes each period, making filing for refunds easier.
- Card List – See a quick list of all active cards in whatever order you specify.
- Invoices with Pay Online – Invoices can be viewed in a PDF format and paid online over our secure server.
- Invoice History – Invoices are stored for you to view for two years.
- Statements Online – Periodic statements are available in PDF format online. Once you login, up-to-the minute account information is loaded to your desktop. Click through to an instant statement to see your current status.
- Exception Reports/Unusual Activity Report – Exception reports give the fleet manager the option to receive an e-mail or fax when a card reaches pre-determined settings, usually close to the gallon limit or the number of times fueling per day.
- Card Changes Report – Card additions, security profiles changes, disabled cards are sorted how you need to see them so you can monitor card management activities.
- Custom Queries – Any of the parameters can be selected to make custom reports especially for your account.
- Electronic Receipts - Receive an e-mail with location, gallons, product, card number and more each time a driver fuels.
