Exception Reports
Exception reporting gives the fleet manager the option to receive e-mails or faxes each time a fuel card reaches or goes beyond notification settings determined by the customer. Exception reports can be set to run when a card nears its gallon limit, for instance. Exception reports can be standard across all cards, or set per card depending on the fueling needs of a given type of job. The e-mail includes the card number, location, time of fueling and the amount of fuel dispensed.
