Security
- Card-specific Security Profiles allow you to restrict fueling by
- time & day
- number of gallons
- type and grade of fuel
- number of times per day a card can fuel
- Prompts at the keypad allow you to require specific information from your fueling employees. Vehicle, job number or odometer reading are the three most commonly required.
- Unusual Activity Reports can be e-mailed to you at the time that a card fuels or attempts to fuel outside notification limits that you designate. Location, type of violation or error, and card number are included.
Flexibility
- Most of our sites are unmanned and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in strategic locations near highways and interstates. Your drivers spend less time than fueling at retail sites, reducing your fuel-related costs.
- Access to your accounts on-line allows you to monitor activity, pull reports, make changes to cards, view and pay invoices online as well as to download data so the information is organized the way that’s most useful to your company.
Tracking
- Electronic receipts can be e-mailed to you. Within minutes you know where your driver is and how much fuel they dispensed. There is no need for paper receipts.
- We track your taxes paid all in one place, simplifying IFTA and PTO reporting.
- Two years of invoices remain on our web site so you can use historic data for planning and projecting.
